When we service a gas fireplace these are most of the main points that we check:

• Check and clean pilot assembly
• Check and clean main burner
• Check Igniter
• Test millivolt electric system
• Blower cleaning
• Check for proper on-off switch/thermostat operation
• Check for gas leaks
• Ensure proper safety switch operation
• Check for spillage at flue when applicatable
• Check glass or door gaskets
• Clean glass
• Check log condition
• Replace glowing embers
• Replace batteries in remote control system
• Paint fire box where applicatable. Extra charge applies

This routine service runs $129.00. This price is off season rate for Eugene-Springfield area. We offer senior discounts.

Repair rates are $70.00 per hour, plus trip fee, plus parts
